Greetings from the Principal....
Welcome to Jefferson-Morgan Elementary School. The Jefferson-Morgan Elementary School is located in Greene County, Pennsylvania and has 467 students and 37 faculty and staff members. Students range in grades from Pre-Kindergarten through 6th Grade.
Within our website, you will find useful information about how to contact staff, our student handbook, information on clubs and functions, transportation, Parent/Teacher Organization, Pre-K classrooms, and upcoming classroom information.
Our elementary school has 3 fully equipped computer labs. Technology is infused in all of the subject areas to make for interesting lessons and at the same time addressing the Pennsylvania State Academic Standards. Reading and Language Arts in all of the grades and content levels is a key focus for the school. Hands on Mathematics and Science classes, too, make for fun and interesting learning experiences for the students. Our students, teachers, and administration value teamwork and strive to promote an atmosphere that is friendly and caring which makes for an environment that is conducive to learning.
Our Jefferson-Morgan Parent Teacher Organization is an integral part of our school community who consistently support education and students. The PTO makes vital connections within the community to augment the relations among businesses, the neighborhood, and school.
