Free/Reduced Lunch Program Children need healthy meals to learn. Jefferson-Morgan School District offers healthy meals every school day. Elementary breakfast costs $1.00; Elementary lunch costs $1.70; Middle/High School breakfast costs $1.00 and Middle/High School lunch costs $1.80. Your children may qualify for free meals or for reduced price meals. Reduced price is $.30 for breakfast and $.40 for lunch for the Elementary School and the Middle/High School. Download the Free/Reduced Application: Free/Reduced Application October 12, 2011 is the deadline for submitting an application for Free/ReducedPrice Meals. These applications must be renewed EACH year. If you have not submitted an application, please contact Kimberly Elsenheimer, FSD at 724-883- 2310 ext 218.
