Jefferson-Morgan School District is pleased to announce that free sports physicals will be offered on Monday, July 15th. Physicals will be conducted in the high school nurse's office from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM. 

Students must bring a completed physical packet, filled out by a parent/guardian, in order to receive the physical. Physical packets can be found on the website or picked up in the high school office Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM. All students planning to participate in school sports are encouraged to take advantage of this opportunity.
