Board Meeting Information – Keystone Agenda (Effective June 1, 2026)
The Jefferson-Morgan School District will transition from BoardDocs to Keystone Agenda beginning June 1, 2026, following PSBA’s discontinuation of BoardDocs services.
Moving forward, all Board meeting agendas will be available through Keystone Agenda at:
https://meetings.keystoneagenda.com/Public/Organization/3920
The district is currently working with Keystone Agenda to migrate previous Board agendas and documents from BoardDocs to the new system.
BoardDocs will remain available for approximately one year for access to Board agendas and documents prior to June 1, 2026.
Agendas will continue to be available to the public at least 24 hours prior to scheduled meetings.
The information projected during Board meetings is intended to allow the public to view the agenda and see which documents are available on the website. Most Board and committee documents will remain publicly accessible for future reference. For legal reasons, some documents may not be available for public viewing.
Paper copies of complete agendas will no longer be printed and distributed at meetings.
Why make this change?
This transition to Keystone Agenda will continue the district’s commitment to transparency and efficiency while maintaining a paperless Board meeting process. The online system provides easier public access to agendas, minutes, and supporting documents while reducing printing and distribution costs for the district.
