Jefferson-Morgan School District Accepting Milk & Juice Bids for 2025–2026 School Year

Jefferson-Morgan School District is now accepting proposals for the purchase and delivery of milk, juice, and other beverages for the 2025–2026 school year. Interested vendors must submit sealed proposals by 12:00 PM on July 15, 2025. Bid opening and evaluation will occur on July 16, with an estimated award date of July 17.

This Request for Proposal (RFP #JM2025-26) includes regular deliveries to the district’s elementary and middle/high school cafeterias and emphasizes compliance with USDA standards, including "Buy American" requirements. Vendors must also provide product samples by the deadline for quality evaluation.
