The Jefferson-Morgan School District is closely monitoring enrollment at the elementary level and is preparing for a possible or anticipated elementary classroom opening—potentially in kindergarten or another elementary-certified area—depending on internal bidding and staffing needs.
While no final decision has been made at this time, we are taking proactive steps to ensure we are prepared to meet student needs and maintain appropriate class sizes.
In addition to potential full-time openings, we may also consider a long-term substitute position if needed to support instructional coverage or to build a pipeline of qualified candidates for future opportunities.
