Employment Opportunities

The Jefferson-Morgan School District is accepting applications for the following:

  • Substitutes for all positions (Teachers, Aides, Nurses (RN or LPN, Custodial, Cafeteria, etc.)
 
 

Interested candidates should submit the following:

 

  • PA Teacher Application or Support Staff Application
  • certification(s)
  • resume
  • transcripts
  • three letters of reference ( for full-time positions only) 
  • Act 34, Act 168, Act 151 & Act 114 clearances

Athletic Coaching and Volunteer Application Process

Individuals interested in serving as a head coach, assistant coach, or volunteer coach must complete the following steps in order to be considered:

  1. Submit a completed Coaching or Volunteer Application, located in the attachments at the bottom of this page.

  2. Provide the required clearances:

    • Paid coaches must submit PA Criminal History, PA Child Abuse, and FBI Fingerprint clearances.

    • Volunteer coaches must submit PA Criminal History and PA Child Abuse clearances. An FBI Fingerprint Based Background Check under Act 114 is required unless the volunteer has lived in Pennsylvania continuously for the past ten years.

All assistant and volunteer coaches must receive the approval and recommendation of the varsity program head coach prior to consideration.

No head coach, assistant coach, or volunteer coach will be recommended for Board approval or permitted to begin coaching duties until a completed application and all required clearances are on file in the District Office and have been reviewed for compliance.
