Dr. Brandon Robinson is proud to continue serving the Jefferson-Morgan School District and is committed to using his experience and passion to make the District a leader in rural education. He draws inspiration from his years in the District and remains focused on supporting students, staff, and the community.
Dr. Robinson has served in various roles within the Jefferson-Morgan School District since 2007, including football coach, basketball coach, student teacher, and teacher. His long-standing commitment to the District has given him a deep understanding of its values, needs, and potential.
He became an administrator in 2014 and was appointed Superintendent in 2022 after serving as principal of Jefferson-Morgan Middle/High School. Dr. Robinson earned his undergraduate degree from Waynesburg University, a master's degree from California University of Pennsylvania, and his Superintendent’s Letter of Eligibility from Point Park University.
In April 2025, he earned his Doctorate in Education from Point Park University. His dissertation, titled “An Action Research Study Examining Rural Secondary School Teachers' Perceptions of Homework Effectiveness in Grades 6–12,” reflects his dedication to advancing educational practices in rural communities.
Dr. Robinson resides in Washington, PA, with his wife and two sons. A sports enthusiast, he is also a proud member of the WPIAL Football Steering Committee.
He firmly believes that every student is unique and deserves a safe, nurturing, and challenging learning environment. He emphasizes the importance of developing self-esteem, creativity, collaboration, critical thinking, and communication skills, while fostering respect, sensitivity, and a lifelong love of learning.
