COMPASS is the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Access to Social Services.

The website, www.compass.state.pa.us allows individuals and community-based organizations to screen, apply for and renew a broad range of social services such as, Health Care/Medical Assistance Coverage, Food Stamp Benefits (SNAP), Cash Assistance, Subsidized Child Care, Long Term Care, Home and Community Based Services and Seasonal Home Heating Assistance (LIHEAP). You may also apply for Free and Reduced Price School Meals on COMPASS.
